Relaxed atmosphere

Take a moment to relax from the hectic ADE environment and settle in the underground club environment of The Bas(s)ement and its incredible sound system. There’s plenty of room to have a chat with your fellow producers, we’ll have lunch together and throw in a networking session at the end as well.

Interactivity

We encourage you to bring your laptop since we’re giving you a bunch of exercises to experiment with. Melvin will be bringing some gear for you to play around with too so you can experience the hardware first hand.

What’s the benefit of using physical machines instead of software? How does it enhance your creativity? Let’s dive deep into hardware production as a way to reinvent your sound as a producer.

The Bas(s)ement

Just like last year, we’re hosting this event at The Bas(s)ement a wonderful cozy club environment in creative business park ‘Davinci Creatieve Ruimtes’. Located near the Haarlemmerweg just outside of Amsterdam city center.

Parking

The event is easily reachable by car. The closest parking garage is Q-Park at Westerpark. 

Public Transport

Train staton Sloterdijk is a 15 minute walk, and if you’re arriving at Amsterdam Central station you can take a 20 minute bus ride stopping 500m from our location.

  • Door’s open at 11am
  • Varti 11:45am – 1:15pm
  • Lunch 1:15pm – 2:15pm (Canteen upstairs)
  • Melvin 2:15pm to 4:15pm
  • Networking 4:15pm – 5pm
  • End 5pm
